Tamworth Regional Council is seeking a highly organised Workshop Support Officer to help coordinate servicing, maintenance bookings and customer enquiries within our fleet and plant services team.

You will bring a Certificate III in Auto Industry Parts Interpretation, Automotive Administration or similar, NSW Class C Driver Licence, and a WHS White Card with a commitment to accuracy and service excellence. Flexible work arrangements and strong development opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• Certificate III in Auto Industry Parts Interpretation, Automotive Administration or similar, OR equivalent relevant experience in the motor trade industry such as a Service Advisor, Coordinator, Estimator or similar role.
• NSW Class C Driver Licence.
• WHS Construction Induction Card (White Card) or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating scheduled servicing, maintenance bookings and registration renewals for Council's fleet and plant assets.
• Providing clerical, administrative, reception and customer service support to the Plant and Fleet Services team.
• Managing customer enquiries and communicating maintenance and repair activities with internal stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office, Records Management, Finance Systems and specialist fleet management databases.
• Supporting efficient workshop operations while working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
