Avis Budget Group is seeking a Workshop Administrator based at Brisbane Airport to oversee fleet administration across brands. The role involves handling maintenance and damage records, processing invoices, PO creation in Oracle, and coordinating with repairers and dealerships.

Qualifikationen

• Previous administrative experience with strong organisational skills is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Process accident reports and quotes in internal systems.
• Liaise with internal and external customers on accident damage.
• Raise, maintain, and receipt Purchase Orders using Oracle daily.
• Process invoices for payment in internal systems.
• Order parts where applicable.
• Liaise with vehicle repairers on quotes and invoices.
• Liaise with dealerships and booking vehicles in for warranty.
• Answer phone enquiries and provide assistance as needed.
