Avis Budget Group in Brisbane is seeking an entry-level Customer Service role at the downtown location. You will interact with customers at the rental counter, process bookings and respond to inquiries, delivering friendly service.

This role offers full training, a rotating roster including weekends, and five weeks of annual leave. You will work in a fast-paced team environment, supported by a global leader in mobility solutions.

Competenze

• Full and valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays).
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
• Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

About the Role
