In this full-time position you will process accident reports, raise Purchase Orders using Oracle, manage invoices, order parts, and liaise with repairers and dealerships. A friendly, supportive culture and staff parking are on offer.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable with Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Process accident reports and quotes in internal systems.
• Liaise with customers and service providers regarding accident damage.
• Raise and track Purchase Orders in Oracle; manage invoices for payment.
• Order parts and liaise with repairers and dealerships on quotes/invoices.
• Answer phone enquiries and support team with a service-focused approach.
