Job summary

DEV LOGISTICS GROUP PTY LTD T/A Dev Logistics Group seeks an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee fleet performance, scheduling, maintenance and cost control in the Australian operations. You will ensure compliance with transport and safety regulations while maintaining reliable and efficient transport services.

Key duties include planning routes, coordinating vehicle servicing, managing records and reporting on fleet performance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Fleet Manager.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fleet utilization, and scheduling.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to monitor vehicle performance and arrange servicing.
• Excellent communication with drivers, clients and suppliers.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety and transport regulations.
• Proficient in fleet management software and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement transportation schedules and routing strategies.
• Plan procurement, servicing and maintenance of transport vehicles.
• Maintain client relationships and provide service cost information.
• Coordinate future collection and delivery schedules for vehicles and goods.
• Implement procedures for handling, storage and transport of goods.
• Plan vehicle movements and loading/unloading operations.
• Maintain fleet records and develop performance reports and plans.
• Monitor health and safety and regulatory compliance.
