Paradise Logistics Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee procurement, maintenance, scheduling and compliance of the company’s vehicle fleet in Geelong, VIC. You will coordinate vehicle acquisition, leasing, servicing and daily fleet operations to support efficient logistics activities.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and regulatory requirements, and proven ability to manage a large fleet and optimise

Qualificações

• Diploma of Business Management or relevant qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, regulatory compliance, and logistics scheduling.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Understanding of occupational health and safety regulations related to fleet operations.

Responsabilidades

• Organise purchase, leasing, replacement and maintenance of fleet vehicles.
• Coordinate repairs, servicing and registration.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to determine fleet requirements and advise on costs.
• Plan transportation schedules for collection and delivery of vehicles.
• Ensure vehicles are stored, maintained and transported safely.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports.
• Coordinate arrival/departure/loading/unloading of vehicles in the workshop.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in fleet operations.
• Monitor and control fleet costs including fuel, maintenance and insurance.
• Negotiate with suppliers and leasing companies for favourable terms.
• Conduct regular audits of fleet for roadworthiness and environmental guidelines.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of fleet systems.
