Tranzworks is seeking a part-time Fleet Controller to join the busy Operations team at our Dandenong South facility. You will stay hands-on in fleet control and coordinate with drivers and customers to keep the fleet moving and service levels high.

Candidates should have proven Fleet Controller experience, knowledge of various vehicle types, and be comfortable with Microsoft Office and TMS/despatch systems. The role offers flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate.

Formación

• Experience as a Fleet Controller with knowledge of vehicle types or transport industry.
• Ability to juggle customer service, driver and client engagement, and admin tasks.
• Punctual, reliable and flexible roster availability.
• Attention to detail with calm under shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TMS/despatch systems.

Fleet Controller (Part Time) — Operations Team

We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced part-time Fleet Controller to join our busy Operations team at our modern facility in Dandenong South.

The role

This is a part-time position with flexibility in working days and hours.

It suits someone who wants to stay hands-on in fleet control without working full-time hours.

You'll use our well-established despatch and tracking system and work alongside a close-knit, experienced team. The pace is fast and no two days are the same. You'll be in constant contact with drivers and customers, keeping the fleet moving and service levels high.

About you

Experience as a Fleet Controller, with solid knowledge of a range of vehicle types or experience in Transport Industry

Comfortable juggling customer service, driver and client engagement, and general administration

Punctual, reliable and flexible on your rostered days

Sharp attention to detail and calm under shifting priorities

Proud to give both customers and drivers a great experience

Confident with Microsoft Office and experienced with TMS/despatch systems
