Marine Transport Group in Sunshine, VIC is seeking a motivated Junior Fleet Controller to support day-to-day fleet operations and administrative tasks. The role offers full training and a clear path to progress into a Fleet Controller position, with potential for occasional work-from-home days.

Based at our Sunshine office, you will coordinate daily fleet activities, maintain records, and liaise with team members to keep operations running smoothly.

About the role

Based at our Sunshine office, the Junior Fleet Controller will provide operational and administrative support to assist with the effective coordination of daily fleet activities. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to progress into a Fleet Controller role. Once established and confident in the role, there may also be opportunities for occasional work-from-home days.

Key Responsibilities
