CDC NSW is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Asset Management team across Sydney depots. This ongoing full-time role reports to the GM - Asset Management and provides senior leadership across fleet and asset portfolio.

The successful candidate will translate strategic direction into operational delivery, influence asset strategy, governance and regulatory compliance, and lead a high-performance team with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Fleet/Asset teams at scale.
• Ability to translate strategy into operational delivery across asset portfolios.
• Experience in asset strategy, P&L and governance, regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead across the Asset Management portfolio, aligning strategic direction with delivery.
• Act on behalf of the GM when required, engaging with senior leadership, regulators and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of asset programs and capability across the fleet.
