Lismore City Council in New South Wales is seeking a Manager Asset Management to shape how the council plans, prioritises and sustains its infrastructure and community assets over the long term.

Reporting to the Director Corporate Sustainability, this role leads asset management policy, planning, and systems maturity, translating data into investment priorities and ensuring financial resilience while delivering community outcomes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering/Asset Management.
• Proven strategic asset management experience.
• Strong capability in lifecycle planning, financial modelling and risk management.
• Demonstrate leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of asset management strategy,policyand plans.
• Oversee asset data quality, systems and reporting.
• Provide lifecycle, renewal and disposal advice aligned with LTFP.
• Lead continuous improvement, compliance and stakeholder engagement.
