Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Lead - Maritime in Rozelle, NSW. You will lead the management, maintenance and optimisation of Maritime fleet assets, ensuring lifecycle compliance and safe operations across the network.

You will drive asset management planning, maintenance programs, procurement and contract activities, and continuous improvement initiatives, delivering efficiency, cost control and value-for-money outcomes in a complex regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Practitioner in Asset Management (CPAM) or ability to obtain within six months.
• Experience in fleet and asset management, maintenance programs, and procurement.
• Strong commercial, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• A valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Willingness to work outside normal business hours and undertake occasional interstate travel.
