Job summary

Perth Airport Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Asset Management Lead to drive enterprise-wide asset management maturity. You will work with asset owners to translate strategy into practical tools, improve governance, and prioritise renewal and investment decisions across a broad asset portfolio.

Reporting to the General Manager - Infrastructure & Assets, this role emphasises collaboration over direct reporting, requiring influential leadership, robust data interpretation and clear communication

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in engineering, asset management, infrastructure or related field.
Experience leading asset management improvement, framework implementation or organisational change.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new frameworks across diverse teams.
Practical knowledge of lifecycle planning, maintenance strategy, risk management and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

Translate asset management strategy into practical tools, plans and ways of working across teams.
Lead asset management improvement initiatives across framework, governance, information and reporting.
Turn policy and plans into actionable objectives, asset class strategies, and decision tools.
Coordinate lifecycle decisions to improve asset planning and investment visibility.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops to build shared understanding of asset performance and risk.
