Job summary

ComfortDelGro Corporation Australia (CDC) is seeking a dynamic Project Manager for our Asset Management function, based across Sydney depots. This full-time role reports to the GM - Asset Management and provides senior leadership across fleet and asset portfolio.

The successful candidate will translate strategic direction into operational delivery, influence asset strategy and governance, and lead teams while maintaining executive continuity with government agencies, regulators and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of Fleet/Asset teams across large operations.
• Translate strategic direction into operational delivery in Asset Management.
• Experience with asset strategy, P&L influence, governance and regulator engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset management activities across fleet/asset portfolio.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure timely delivery.
• Represent GM in dealings with senior leadership, regulators, and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
