Job summary

Polestar Australia is seeking a Fleet Admin Specialist to provide efficient fleet coordination, support the corporate sales process, and manage order processing with accuracy.

You will monitor invoicing and payments, handle inquiries via the support inbox, and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers and internal teams while using Salesforce and ServiceNow to track cases and records.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, fleet, dealership, or order administration.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or ServiceNow is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage fleet accounts from quotation and vehicle order through to delivery.
• Coordinate with fleet customers, dealers and internal teams for updates on orders and payments.
• Monitor invoicing and follow up overdue payments.
• Handle fleet enquiries and cases via the support inbox.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers and stakeholders.
• Use Salesforce and ServiceNow to manage cases and records.
