Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia is seeking a proactive Fleet Marketing & Administrator Coordinator to support the growth of our fleet business at Sydney Olympic Park. You’ll coordinate fleet operations, assist regional sales initiatives and deliver outstanding experiences for corporate and government clients.

The role requires experience in sales support or fleet coordination, strong stakeholder communication, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

Experience in a sales support, fleet, logistics or operational coordination role.
Experience in fleet operations, logistics or supply chain environments is advantageous.
Strong communication and relationship-building across multiple stakeholders.
Understanding of sales operations from customer, dealer or OEM perspective is useful.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end fleet ordering for government and corporate customers, ensuring smooth order management and on-time delivery.
Support regional fleet sales initiatives and identify dealer opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate fleet plans, progress and priorities.
Analyze performance data and market trends to provide insights and drive improvements.
Maintain accurate fleet reporting and management systems for planning and delivery.
