Job summary

Karmo is Australia’s leading car subscription provider, seeking a Fleet Administrator to support the national vehicle fleet and operations. You will coordinate vehicle preparation, maintain compliance records, and work with internal hubs, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth vehicle movements and service delivery.

The role requires experience in automotive operations, a valid Australian driver’s license, and strong administrative skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in an automotive space is essential.
• A current, valid Australian Driver’s Licence is a must.
• Strong knowledge of fleet and vehicle operations.
• Excellent administration and compliance documentation skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with fleet utilisation and vehicle rotation to meet operational targets.
• Coordinating vehicle preparation for deliveries, swaps, and changeovers.
• Liaising with internal vehicle hubs, suppliers, dealerships, and logistics partners.
• Assisting with the management of damaged vehicles and coordinating repairs.
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding of subscription vehicles, including system updates.
• Monitoring active subscriptions and escalating issues or anomalies when required.
• Maintaining accurate vehicle, customer, and compliance records.
• Supporting cost control across maintenance, claims, and transport activities.
• Providing general operational support to Fleet and Operations teams nationally.
