Job summary

Alpha Car Finance Pty Ltd – Slacks Creek QLD is seeking a customer-focused administrator to own parts of our car fleet operations. You will manage tolls, fines nominations, registrations, insurance, and fleet records, ensuring compliance and clear communication with customers.

No fleet background is required; we will train on fleet-specific processes while leveraging your strong customer service and organisational skills. This is a desk-based role reporting to the General Manager.

Qualifications

Solid experience in a customer service and/or administration role.
Ability to keep customers informed and manage processes, even when answers aren’t immediately available.
Proficiency with Excel and CRM/data entry tasks.

Responsibilities

Daily processing of tolls and fines nominations for customers.
Managing insurance renewals, certificates and claims processing (INSURET).
Preparing fleet pre-prep reporting to Operations and Marketing.
Handling vehicle registration and TMR compliance, including transfers.
Maintaining accurate fleet records in the inventory CRM and website listings.
Liaising with Pickles for vehicle disposal and auction administration.
Supporting Fleet Coordinator (Yard) and General Manager on fleet issues and customer communication.
