Job summary

SG Fleet AU in Sydney is seeking a Fleet Services Officer to deliver exceptional customer service and practical support across fleet management activities, including CTP renewals, registrations, fuel cards, tolls and infringements.

You'll manage enquiries, resolve issues promptly, collaborate with internal teams, and help build strong relationships while contributing to a positive team culture and a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service, administration, retail or hospitality experience.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and support fleet services, including fuel cards, tolls, registrations, and infringements.
• Deliver timely, accurate service while meeting agreed service standards and deadlines.
• Take ownership of customer requests and work to resolve issues efficiently.
