Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia in Melbourne is seeking an Admin & Sales Support Representative to join the Fleet Management sales team. You will coordinate vehicle requirements, prepare quotations and work with dealers and internal teams to deliver responsive support.

You will build strong customer relationships, manage multiple priorities, and help grow the portfolio while ensuring accurate, timely administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet management, automotive, finance, leasing or sales support is valued but not essential.
• Strong transferable skills and proactive attitude.
• Excellent customer service mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and be a trusted point of contact.
• Support sales and portfolio growth with Relationship and Sales Managers.
• Prepare vehicle quotations and contracts and progress opportunities to orders.
• Coordinate new vehicle orders, replacements, renewals, registrations and end-of-lease activities.
• Collaborate with dealer networks to obtain pricing and coordinate deliveries.
• Work with internal teams to resolve customer requirements and keep matters progressing.
• Use fleet data to identify opportunities and add value for customers.
• Take ownership of customer requests from start to finish.
