Job summary

SOJO Pilates is seeking a Growth & Membership Consultant to join the Botany and Sans Souci studios in Sydney. This fitness sales role focuses on helping people reach their goals, growing the business, and converting intro clients into long-term members.

You’ll work with new leads, run consultations in-studio and over the phone, and manage leads from first enquiry to membership. A growth mindset, passion for fitness, and GoHighLevel experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling memberships in gym, studio or wellness business.
• Ability to convert intro clients into long-term members.
• Strong motivation to grow business and help people achieve goals.
• Ability to run consultations in person and over the phone.
• Comfort with pipeline management and follow-ups.
