Fitness First Australia is hiring a Member Support Consultant to be the club's heartbeat, greeting members and turning conversations into commitments. You will proactively outreach, invite new people to the gym, and deliver exceptional service to existing members, helping them start and sustain their fitness journey.

You will influence lead generation, present club benefits, and guide guests through tours while building lasting relationships with the community and members.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificate is required.
• Demonstrated problem-solving to meet member needs.
• Strong communication skills to inspire action.
• Goal-focused mindset with drive to excel.
• Team player who collaborates to achieve goals.
• Customer-focused approach to build rapport and service.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to club sales budget via promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through outreach.
• Meet lead contact targets via telephone to maximise sales.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create positive, personalised member journeys.
• Handle enquiries to achieve successful outcomes.
• Open and close the club as rostered.
• Engage in member retention programs to sustain journeys.
• Regular service calls to keep members engaged and boost results.
