Job summary

Fitness First Australia is seeking a Membership Manager to lead a high-energy Member Support Consultant team and drive club growth through exceptional sales and retention strategies. You will coach, mentor and motivate your team to convert conversations into memberships and deliver outstanding member experiences from first interaction through ongoing journeys.

You'll collaborate with club and regional leaders and play a pivotal role in recruitment, onboarding and developing a culture of energy

Qualifications

• Proven background in sales and customer service with KPI achievement.
• Strong understanding of sales cycle and retention strategies.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team to achieve goals.
• Confident using business systems and reporting tools.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Member Support Consultant team to hit sales and retention targets.
• Drive member growth through acquisition, integration, and proactive retention strategies.
• Oversee front desk operations and set the standard for exceptional member service.
• Monitor performance, set goals, and provide training for team success.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of staff.
• Collaborate with club and regional leaders on growth initiatives.
