Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a Member Support Consultant at Lutwyche in a casual/part-time capacity. You will be the first point of contact for prospective members, guiding them toward joining and committing to healthier lifestyles.

The role emphasizes energy, sales focus, and creating a welcoming club experience. Responsibilities include driving memberships, generating leads, delivering presentations, and nurturing member journeys while supporting retention programs and club promotions.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
• Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life and help others succeed.
• Strong problem-solving ability and resilience.
• Outstanding communication skills, including listening and influencing.
• Tenacity to reach individual and team targets.
• Customer-focused with a drive to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads via community outreach.
• Make required lead contacts by phone to maximise opportunities.
• Deliver sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys through positive interactions.
• Address enquiries with successful outcomes.
• Open and close the club as rostered.
• Support member retention programs and ongoing engagement.
• Conduct regular service calls to keep members engaged and promote club products.
