Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a Member Support Consultant (Loganholme, casual) to be the face of the club, driving new memberships and delivering exceptional member experiences. You’ll engage with members and prospects, present tours, and support retention initiatives in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

You will thrive on hitting targets, building rapport with diverse people, and delivering outstanding service that helps members achieve healthier lifestyles.

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR certificates.
• Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life.
• Strong problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles.
• Outstanding communication abilities to listen, understand and influence.
• Tenacity with drive to achieve targets.
• Customer focused with focus on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads via community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required lead contacts via phone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create positive member journeys with personalised interactions.
• Respond effectively to enquiries to achieve outcomes.
• Open and close the club as rostered.
• Participate in member retention programs to sustain journeys.
• Regular service calls to keep members engaged and boost results.
