Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a energetic Member Support Consultant at Elizabeth Street in Brisbane. You will be the first point of contact for prospective members, driving new memberships and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

You will build rapport, conduct tours, present memberships, and support retention programs while working to achieve personal and club targets. A complimentary gym membership and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR certificates are required.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse people and help them succeed.
• Strong problem-solving and obstacle-overcoming skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, including listening and influencing.
• Tenacity to achieve personal and team targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through promotions and referrals.
• Present memberships and give tours to prospective members.
• Create positive, personalised member journeys and close enquiries.
• Open and close the club as per the roster and support retention programs.
• Make regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged.
