Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a energized Member Support Consultant in Springwood (full-time). You will drive memberships, welcome new members, and deliver a high-energy, supportive club experience. The role emphasizes attaining targets while helping people start and maintain healthier lifestyles.

You’ll engage with prospective members, present benefits, and participate in retention efforts across a fast-paced, people-first environment at our Brisbane club network.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
• Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life and help them succeed.
• The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
• Outstanding communication abilities to listen, understand, and influence.
• Tenacity with a drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
• Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required lead contacts via phone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create positive member journeys through personalised interactions.
• Assist in member retention programs and regular service calls.
