Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking energetic Sales Consultants to drive memberships at our Brisbane clubs. You’ll meet new people, inspire them to start their fitness journey, and close memberships while creating a positive club atmosphere.

In this fast-paced, people-first role, you’ll be the face of the club, responsible for outbound outreach, referrals, and delivering great member experiences daily. A dynamic team and career growth await.

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR certificates are required.
• Ability to build rapport with people from varied backgrounds and help them succeed.
• Demonstrates problem-solving ability and persistence.
• Outstanding communication: listen, understand, influence.
• Tenacity and drive to hit individual and team targets.
• Customer-focused with a passion for excellent outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to club sales budget through promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads via outreach and referrals.
• Make targeted lead contacts by phone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide engaging sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create positive, personalized member journeys to boost retention and results.
• Respond to enquiries with successful outcomes and timely follow-ups.
• Assist with opening/closing the club as rostered.
• Support member retention programs and ongoing engagement.
• Make regular service calls to new and existing members to upsell club products.
