Job summary

Beyond Best Personal Training in Collingwood, Melbourne is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer & Membership Sales Consultant. The role combines coaching with proactive outreach to prospective members, aiming to convert enquiries into memberships and build lasting relationships within the community.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Fitness is required.
• Experience delivering personal training and coaching.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence speaking with prospective members, both over the phone and in person.
• Previous sales experience within fitness preferred.
• Ability to understand client needs and recommend services.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-up management.
• Willingness to learn and grow in coaching and sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised 1-on-1, semi-private and small-group training.
• Build genuine relationships with members and understand their goals.
• Design and deliver tailored exercise programs.
• Help members develop healthy habits and confidence.
• Monitor progress and adapt programs as needed.
• Record and track leads and follow-ups in CRM.
• Conduct outbound calls to book membership consultations.
• Lead in-person consultations and convert enquires to memberships.
