Job summary

Airlock Digital is expanding its sales team in Adelaide, Australia, seeking an inaugural Sales Development Representative to shape the outbound engine from the ground up. You will craft messaging, define sequences, and build the pipeline across enterprise buyers.

You will partner with leadership to scale a program designed for career growth, with a focus on cybersecurity domain expertise and multi-channel outreach.

Qualifications

• SDR experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of exceeding outbound pipeline targets.
• Experience with multi-threaded sales motions (mid-market + enterprise).

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, events).
• Partner with the Senior Manager to build and refine outbound strategy and sequences.
• Act as a player-coach setting the standard for future SDR hires.
• Become a product and cybersecurity domain expert to engage buyers across enterprise and mid-market.
• Identify and break into target accounts aligned to ICP and regional GTM strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and lead generation.
• Maintain clean pipeline hygiene and CRM discipline.
