Bitdefender, a global cybersecurity leader, seeks a proactive Sales Development Representative in Australia. You will drive outbound and inbound outreach to potential business customers, discuss their security needs, and qualify opportunities.

You’ll research prospects, learn Bitdefender products quickly, and maintain CRM records. Strong English, communication, and a hunter mindset are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.

• Strong communication and presentation skills (phone and email).
• Fast learner with organizational and time-management skills.
• Adaptable to a changing environment and able to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work on inbound and outbound leads by phone and email to connect with decision makers and raise interest in Bitdefender's services.
• Research, identify, and prospect for new customers using Sales Navigator and other tools.
• Onboard quickly and complete self-guided trainings on Bitdefender's security products.
• Handle an average of at least 70 outbound calls per day.
• Maintain an organized, transparent CRM records and progress.
