• Maintain clean and sanitary work station per health regulations.

Mansioni

• Prepare, season, finish, and garnish all food.
• Maintain refrigeration and dry storage with proper rotation.
• Ensure kitchen is clean, sanitized and properly labeled.
• Rotate, wrap and label food products.
• Assist guests and stock dishes as needed.
• Handle receiving, thawing, and proper storage of foods.
• Complete food safety documentation as assigned.
