Job summary

Red Hawk Casino is seeking a hospitality host for our dining venues. You will warmly greet guests, guide them to tables, answer phones, take reservations, and communicate wait times.

You will also assist with seating, menu knowledge, and ensuring guests have a smooth dining experience. In this role, you will maintain professional appearance, handle reservations, support casino guests' needs, and collaborate with dining staff to meet service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three months of fast food/quick service cashier experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort to dining tables.
• Advise guests of waiting times and manage reservations.
• Answer telephones and take reservations.
• Maintain podium by stocking supplies and cleaning as needed.
• Adheres to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Provide menu information and buffet details.
