Job summary

Flanco, a Tasmea Company, is seeking a FIFO Site Administrator to support civil construction projects across WA mine sites. The role involves coordinating site personnel mobilisation, rosters, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with the Project Manager and Supervisors, ensuring accuracy in reporting, HSE compliance, and payroll queries while maintaining strong communication with crews and office teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• FIFO, mining and/or construction experience preferred.
• Proactive in providing communication and admin support to Supervisor and crew.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Intermediate clerical skills.
• High level of efficiency and organisation skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and MS Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Senior First Aid (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Coordinating site personnel mobilisation, access, transport, flights and accommodation.
• Collaborating with project manager and supervisors to ensure alignment of administrative support and processes.
• Organising workflow to make sure the team duties or delegated tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Supporting the project manager and supervisors with rosters, liaising with crew
• Administration support for project manager and supervisors
• Ensuring compliance of all internal reporting requirements including HSE, payroll and financial.
• Liaising with recruitment regarding site mobilisations and ensuring relevant procedural compliance.
• Supervising attendance, leave requests and timesheets and assisting with payroll queries as required.
• Coordinating the management, assignment, and assistance for the site business support.
• Any other duties assigned by the line manager.
