Job summary

Flanco are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor - Civil Construction to join our team for detailed earthworks and concrete builds on WA mine sites. FIFO from Perth WA is available, with projects ranging 3–6 months and crews of 5–30 people.

You will lead formwork, concreting and earthworks activities, ensuring safety, quality and budget adherence while supervising a multi-disciplinary workforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in civil construction.
• Experience in detailed earthworks, formwork and concreting.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow plans.
• Clean National Police Clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 20–25 crew on site and manage resources.
• Act as main on-site contact for budget, schedule and safety.
• Ensure project environmental, tenement and mining approvals are met.
• Engage with stakeholders and provide detailed reporting to management.
• Drive safety and quality across design and construction.
