Job summary

Flanco is seeking an experienced Remediation Supervisor to lead civil remediation works on structures, including concrete and earthworks, on FIFO projects from Perth. The role oversees 10-20 crew, ensures safety, quality, and budget alignment across milling, conveyors, and mining infrastructure.

Strong leadership and plan-reading ability are essential for timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on formwork and concreting background, with proven track record in mine infrastructure

Qualifications

• Leading hands or supervisors with civil construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Experience with detailed earthworks, formwork and concreting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 10-20 crew on site.
• Own project financial, schedule and safety performance.
• Coordinate resources and support for project efficiency.
• Assist with development/review of project budget.
• Ensure environmental, tenement and mining approvals are in place.
• Drive safety and environmental management through the team.
• Provide detailed reporting to executive management.
• Lead contingency planning and manage scope changes.
