Job summary

Flanco, a growing civil contractor servicing the mining & resources sector, seeks a Site Supervisor - Civil Construction to lead Form-Reo-Pour builds including mills, crushers, concrete thickeners, and stockyards on WA mine sites. This is a hands-on leadership role directing a 20-25 strong crew on site, with a focus on quality, schedule and safety.

Projects are long-term, typically 3-6 months per site, and candidates with a proven track record in mine infrastructure construction and a strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in civil construction.
• Experience in detailed earthworks, formwork and concreting.
• Ability to read and follow plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a 20-25 person crew on site.
• Be the main on-site contact for the project, managing budget, schedule and safety.
• Ensure resources and support are provided for project efficiency.
• Assist with development and review of project budget.
• Leverage company resources to meet environmental and mining approvals.
• Drive safety and environmental accountability in design and construction.
• Provide detailed reporting to executive management; manage scope changes.
