BMD Group is seeking an experienced FIFO Civil Supervisor to lead crews and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on major resources projects in regional WA. The role involves a 2:1 FIFO roster, ensuring safe delivery of scope, and collaboration with stakeholders to hit project objectives.

Qualifications

• FIFO supervisory experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects
• Ability to lead crews and subcontractors in a fast-paced site environment
• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Proven commitment to safety, quality and productivity
• Collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills
• Experience in roads, earthworks, drainage or major civil infrastructure projects highly regarded
• Team-first attitude and desire to contribute to a positive project culture
