Job summary

GR Engineering Services Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Site Administrator to join their onsite Construction team in Laverton, WA. This role involves coordinating flights and managing personnel rosters for a FIFO/DIDO workforce.

You'll work on a Greenfields project in the Goldfields and have the chance to collaborate closely with the Construction Manager and site teams. The position offers a supportive team environment and attractive remuneration.

Qualifications

• Extensive Administration experience in mining, construction or project environment.
• Advanced level Microsoft Office skills.
• High level communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating commercial and charter flights for a FIFO/DIDO workforce.
• Managing manning roster, flight changes and leave requests.
• Daily reporting via contracting partner’s systems.
• Coordinating toolbox talks and progress meetings.

Skills

Administration experience in mining, construction or project environment

Advanced Microsoft Office skills

High level communication

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Construction White Card

Current Driver’s Licence

Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
