Stellar Maintenance is seeking a Senior Ventilation Engineer for an underground mining operation in Western Australia. The role leads ventilation strategy, partners with site leadership, and acts as the technical authority for ventilation design and implementation.

You will develop life-of-mine ventilation plans, model airflow, and drive improvement initiatives while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualificações

• Underground ventilation expertise is required.
• Experience leading technical teams and projects.
• Experience with airflow models and mine ventilation design.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all underground ventilation planning and design activities
• Develop and maintain ventilation models and life-of-mine ventilation strategies
• Monitor and optimise airflow, refrigeration, dust and diesel particulate management
• Provide technical guidance to site operations and management
• Mentor and develop junior ventilation personnel
• Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements
