Job summary

ISS is hiring FIFO Dining Room Supervisors from Perth and nearby suburbs on a fulltime 14/7 roster, reporting to the Catering Manager, responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day dining room service while upholding ISS's standards.

You will supervise staff, implement service standards, and work closely with the HR team on recruitment and training, ensuring safety and customer-focused operations across site. Must have 2+ years in F&B operations management and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Food & Beverage operations management.
• Experience managing high-volume catering, bulk meals, or functions.
• Polished presentation and strong communication skills.
• Proven leadership and safety culture mindset.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day dining room service operations.
• Work with Catering Manager to uphold service standards.
• Assist HR in recruitment and staff development.
