Job summary

ISS Facility Services Australia and New Zealand is hiring a Head Chef in Perth for a FIFO 8:6 roster. Deliver high-quality meals across Breakfast, Crib, and Dinner while upholding ISS standards of safety and quality in a remote mining village setting.

Ideal candidates will hold an Australian Trade Qualification in Commercial Cookery Certificate 3 or higher and have proven experience in high-volume catering, including bulk meals and banquet service. Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef in a commercial kitchen (essential).
• Must have Australian Trade Qualification of Commercial Cookery Certificate 3 or higher.
• Proven experience as a chef in high-volume catering, including bulk meals and banquet or function service.
• Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
• Must pass a Police check and Pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.
