Job summary

Holiday Inn Perth City Centre in Perth, WA, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the Ivy & Jack team and deliver warm, professional service across breakfast to dinner seven days a week.

You will coach F&B attendants, coordinate daily operations, ensure responsible service, and maintain brand standards while staying flexible to a 7-day roster in a fast-paced environment. RSA and Food Safety certificates, police clearance, and work rights are required.

Qualifications

• Availability across a 7-day rotating roster
• Legal right to work in Australia
• RSA and Food Safety Certificate
• Current national police clearance (within 6 months)

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Work with F&B Management to identify training needs and support team development
• Monitor guest behaviour and follow responsible service requirements
• Prepare and present food and beverages to established standards
• Greet guests, take orders, and provide warm, professional service
• Follow hotel safety protocols and report incidents promptly
• Resolve guest concerns using service recovery guidelines to ensure satisfaction
