ISS is a leading workplace experience and facility management company, proudly providing catering and placemaking solutions to remote SA villages. FIFO roster from Adelaide Airport supports residents across SA villages, with full-time and casual roles available.

You will lead breakfast, lunch and dinner services, upholding stringent food safety standards and HACCP compliance. Nice to have a robust background in high-volume catering, function/banquet dining, and the ability to adapt to remote

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery or Australian Trade Certification (essential) or international equivalents.
• Experience in high-volume catering, bulk catering, function/banquet experiences and/or à la carte in high-volume venues/restaurants/hotels.
• Food Safety Certificate and solid HACCP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead breakfast, takeaway lunches and dinner service, delivering safe, delicious meals that meet safety and contract standards.
• Oversee food quality and safety across remote village sites with a strong safety culture.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and site Catering Leads to bring fresh, on-trend meals to life for residents.

Exciting opportunities exist for experienced Chefs to work a Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) roster from Adelaide Airport to our remote sites throughout South Australia. We are enhancing the catering and workplace experience in our SA Villages and your innovation and flare is needed to be a part of the team!

You Will Be Responsible For:

Reporting to the Head Chef and site Catering Leads, this is your chance to break away from the same old kitchen routine. Join ISS and bring fresh, on‑trend meals to life for hundreds of residents in our remote villages.

As a Chef, you\'ll lead breakfast, takeaway lunches and dinner service, delivering safe, delicious and innovative food that exceeds expectations and meets all safety and contract standards.

To Be Considered:

• Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery or Australian Trade Certification (essential) or a comprehensive international portfolio of experience with international qualifications.


• High volume catering, including bulk catering and function/banquet experience &/or a la carte experience in high volume venues/restaurants/hotels.


• Food Safety Certificate


• Solid understanding of HACCP standards.


• Ability to exceed client expectations in food quality and food safety adherence.


• Able to work a flexible FIFO roster from Adelaide Airport.


• Police Clearance within 12 months or willing to obtain one.


• Be medically fit to pass Pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol screen.
