Job summary

ISS Facility Services is seeking a Head Chef for a FIFO role at a remote mining site in Western Australia. The position is full-time with an 8:6 roster, responsible for delivering breakfast, crib and dinner while upholding ISS’s standards of safety and excellence.

Applicants must have head chef experience in high-volume catering and hold a valid Australian Commercial Cookery Certificate 3 or higher. Meals, accommodation and uniforms are provided, with ongoing training and health programs.

Qualifications

• Head Chef in a commercial kitchen with high-volume catering experience.
• Australian Trade Qualification of Commercial Cookery Certificate 3 or higher.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality meals across Breakfast, Crib, and Dinner.
• Lead and coordinate kitchen operations and staff.
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene and HACCP compliance.
• Meet client expectations for food quality and presentation.
