Job summary

MTYU - Stones Corner in South East Queensland is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Officer to join a technical team. You will provide hands-on support across Windows andMicrosoft 365 in a large enterprise ICT environment, with occasional travel to sites across South East Queensland.

You will work within a team of ICT specialists handling Level 1/2 support, hardware/software deployment and customer engagement, leveraging SCCM, Intune and ServiceNow while upholding high service standards and

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop support within a large enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot across OS, apps, hardware and networks.
• Familiarity with SCCM, Intune and ServiceNow platforms.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and support enterprise ICT environments and end-user systems.
• Provide technical support across Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Support desktop and mobile hardware, software and conferencing room technologies.
• Troubleshoot issues across operating systems, applications, hardware and connectivity.
• Work with IT Service Management platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, documentation and service delivery.
