Job summary

The Department of Education, Western Australia is seeking a Systems Support Officer to assist with administration, support and enhancement of WHS systems across schools, education support settings and corporate services. You will configure systems, test changes and ensure data quality while delivering user training and guidance materials.

You will work with stakeholders to promote consistent processes, build user capability and contribute to successful implementation and ongoing use of WHS

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business applications, enterprise systems, project implementation activities, training delivery, business process improvement or change initiatives will be highly regarded.
• We welcome applicants with experience in systems support, business applications, training, project delivery or change management who are looking to contribute to large-scale organisational transformation.
• The successful applicant will be organised, customer-focused and capable of working across a range of activities in a dynamic environment.

• Assist with administration, support and enhancement of WHS systems.

• Contribute to reporting, data quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support delivery of training and resources to build user capability.
