Job summary

SmartTech Australia is seeking a Scheduler / Service Coordinator to join our Campbellfield, VIC team. You will coordinate field technicians, assess job requirements, and liaise with clients from construction, mining, and waste sectors across Australia.

You will schedule resources, monitor progress, and support the sales and service teams with documentation, reporting, and general administration. A customer-focused, organised approach and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a field service industry highly desirable.
• Previous exposure to accounts, mobilisation, service and/or supply chain support is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building capabilities.
• Friendly, happy disposition, positive outlook and a willingness to help others.
• Strong attention to detail essential.
• Exceptional customer service, phone manner, and a “can-do” attitude.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise work, multi-task effectively and have good time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and aptitude to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Process completed sales handover documentation from our commercial team, liaising with clients to confirm job requirements.
• Assess and match required skillset and availability of resources to job requirements.
• Schedule technical resources and assets in accordance with our processes and systems.
• Report on work scheduled and available resources to facilitate monthly revenue forecasting.
• General administrative functions to support day-to-day operational requirements.
