Qualifikationen

• Electrical engineering qualification is required.
• Experience with LIS connectivity and laboratory automation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Abbott products such as Architects, Alinity, Haematology instrumentation is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and maintain detailed service and failure records with compliant documentation.
• Provide training on devices and equipment to technicians and Abbott Representatives; instruct customers in maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Perform user verifications and manage calibration schedules as per quality policy.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent technical support and account ownership.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis to resolve issues and facilitate timely resolutions across the group.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and be prepared for up to 50% travel within NSW and beyond, including New Zealand.
