Job summary

Qualifications

• Electrical experience is necessary.
• Knowledge on LIS connectivity, laboratory automation, Abbott products e.g. Architects, Alinity, Haematology instrumentation will be an advantage.
• Experience with Abbott products or similar instrumentation in pathology labs / hospitals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide after sales support, repairs, preventative maintenance, reliability improvement programs, installations and deinstallations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed service and failure records, ensuring documentation complies with requirements.
• Provide training on devices and equipment to technicians and Abbott Representatives.
