Job summary

Qualifications

• BSc in Engineering with 2+ years in field service (preferred).
• Experience in Clinical Diagnostics environment (preferred).
• Knowledge of IVD regulations and basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with interfacing between field organization and internal support by providing onsite technical assistance to customers and distributors.
• Provide on-demand field service support to customers/distributors.
• Coordinate and prioritize service requests to ensure customer/distributor satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers/distributors to drive instrument uptime and satisfaction.
• Coordinate new installations and participate in large installations requiring facility inspections.
• Demonstrate competence in installing/upgrading hardware or software and performing preventative maintenance.
